About the role:
The APS 3 Administration Officer is a team membership position responsible for producing work that is subject to regular monitoring by more senior positions within their management structure. The position will undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support and operational tasks including some basic research and analysis activities.
The position may have public contact and may be required to communicate with and provide straightforward advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Duties
- Managing a shared team email inbox, including appointments and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinating both virtual and face to face meetings via Microsoft Teams.
- Managing emails, coordinating and organising meetings, and undertaking general calendar management. Including preparing meeting agendas and minute taking.
- Organising travel arrangements, fleet management and processing credit card acquittal requirements.
- Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
