PRIMARY FUNCTION :
IT Support Engineer to provide IT standard services and day to day support operation to end users. The engineer will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems such as computer, printer and SCCM (Computer Operating System Deployment) as well as supporting IT projects/ rollout activities at the locations.
Job Description:
- As IT support engineer to provide technical assistance and supporting any hardware or software related issues
- Maintain IT service management system-manage, monitor and close the Incident tickets
- Assist in implementation of Global or Local IT related projects
- Maintain KPI and achieve Global/ local targets at the location
- Customer enabling to users on IT services both online and IT Space
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Having 1 – 3 year of experiences in IT support
- Can communicate in Thai and English
- Service mind and Fast learner
- Automation, Software development, MS Power Platform, PowerBI will be advantage
- Able to travel to Hemaraj plant
