RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medellín, is looking for an English-speaking, and proactive Dispatcher to join our team of rockstars.
A Dispatcher's responsibilities include monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members. Their duties can also include monitoring weather reports or notifying authorities if necessary.
The candidate must be a very committed persona and must be able to take the appropriate action with little supervision, coordinate schedules, handle calls and computer technology.
What You'll Do
- Overseeing all supply chain operations.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Negotiation of rates to ensure the best possible scenario for clients.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
- Answering customer queries.
