Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:
Sourcing candidates: recruiters are responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates for open positions. This involves utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases to find suitable candidates;
Screening: conducting initial screenings of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements;
Interviewing: conducting interviews in person or remotely to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization;
Evaluating: assess candidate's qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles, behavioral competencies, and alignment with the company's values and culture;
Coordination and scheduling: recruiters manage the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating interview panels, arranging candidate assessments, and ensuring timely communication with candidates at all stages;
Applicant Tracking: maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems or databases to track candidate progress and ensuring accurate record keeping of all recruitment activities.
Skills that make your work successful:
You have an Advanced level of Italian and Upper Intermediate English level;
You have great communication skills;
You are a team-player;
You are reliable and proactive.
