POSITION - SALES COORDINATOR
LOCATION - SIMPANG PULAI, PERAK
SALARY - RM 2500 -3200
Daily Job Tasks:
- Assigning territories and quotas to Sales Department
- Promoting customer and order satisfaction
- Inputting orders and ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements
- Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for sales department such as preparing quotation, tenders, sales agreement/ orders, sales report and etc.
- Handle sales processing activities and documentation, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to respective sales manager and personnel.
- Assist Sales Manager for scheduling and events coordination, meeting and follow up.
Others
Requirements:
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- 2 years of relevant working experience. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Good customer service skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capabilities
