Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities are to answer emails and phone interactions while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails from Customers.
- Respond to calls from Customers.
- Respond to web Chat from Customers
- Outbound calling for Customer survey/follow-up.
- Diligently follow up on outstanding Customer related issues.
Deliver superior service and help create an exceptional experience for our Customers.
Hours of Operation: 24/7
Education and Experience:
- Fluent in English- written and oral.
- French and Spanish language fluency would be an asset but not required.
- 3 years of previous customer service experience/Call Centre required.
- Experience with Sales Force is an asset.
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable computer Windows PC or laptop with 4GB ram, Duel CPU and at least 10GB free hard drive space
- Non-wireless DSL or Cable internet connection is required. Wireless DSL (antenna on roof) and/or satellite internet are not acceptable.
- USB Headset and strong internet connection for VoIP communications or landline/ cell phone that is voicemail and call waiting free.

- Must complete and pass criminal background check
- Flexible availability and able to work Full time hours
