The position
By joining our team you will have the opportunity to shape the future of energy:- As part of cross-discipline teams, perform investment analysis and valuation of projects located around the world and covering a broad range of energy solutions; oil & gas, renewables and low carbon solutions.
- Frame decision problems in team settings, develop discounted cash flow models, evaluate real options and risks, and present findings to team members and decision makers.
- Contribute to inorganic projects, including acquisitions, divestments and swaps.
- Become a member of a professional network dedicated to the application and advancement of valuation methodology and practices in Equinor.
You

- A master's degree in business, finance, or economics. Relevant technical backgrounds will also be considered.
- Previous experience or motivation for working with analytics and valuations.
- Previous experience or knowledge of investment decision making.
- Fluent in English, with effective communication skills and ability to influence.
- A good understanding of - or interest in - the broader energy landscape.
- Business understanding and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work in cross-discipline teams and in an international environment.
