You are part of our Danish virtual service team that is responsible for ensuring all repair requests in Denmark. You will also help the service locations to develop further to constantly adapt to changing situations. We have developed the most innovative vehicles of all time and you will help ensure that our customers receive an equally innovative service.

Note that this is not a remote position, you will work 100% onsite in Aarhus

What You’ll Do

• You work through customer concerns through our own digital platforms and ensure first-class and individual service
• You prepare online customer appointments for our service centers to enable our customers to make contactless deliveries on site

• By working with Tesla support, parts service, sales, and service locally, you ensure that our customers receive consistent support
• You work closely with the workshop and the virtual team to ensure an efficient and seamless service for our customers' vehicles
• You procure and plan spare parts that we need for our service orders
• Accurate recording of part transactions and data in the system

What You’ll Bring

• You have a good technical understanding

• The ability to work independently, organize yourself, and develop solutions
• Your adaptability enables you to position yourself in a constantly changing environment
• Fluent knowledge in English and Danish
