Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with agents, internal & external stakeholders for bookings of vessel space
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, handling inquiries, issues, and complaints related to shipping services.
- Assist customers in tracking their shipments, providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times.
- Collaborate with shipping carriers and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.
- Other adhoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements
- Prior experience in shipping industry or in customer service will be an advantage
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Possess good communication skills, both spoken and written
