CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR [Singapore]


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with agents, internal & external stakeholders for bookings of vessel space
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, handling inquiries, issues, and complaints related to shipping services.
  • Assist customers in tracking their shipments, providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times.
  • Collaborate with shipping carriers and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Prior experience in shipping industry or in customer service will be an advantage
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Possess good communication skills, both spoken and written
