Do you thrive on turning ideas into reality? We're seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our vision. About Us:
At Lore Group, we're known for crafting exceptional experiences. As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life. Reporting to the Regional General Manager and collaborating with the Design Director, your influence will extend across Pulitzer Amsterdam, Kimpton de Witt, and other Lore Group hotels.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience successfully managing complex projects, preferably within hospitality.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall methodologies, construction, and engineering practices.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Outstanding leadership and team motivation skills.
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Keen analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and multitasking.
- PMP certification (advantageous, not essential).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
